Manufacturing Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing Engineering and be able to design and improve manufacturing processes. A competitive salary of £35,000 is on offer for this role based in Newtownabbey.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes
- Support production teams to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure high-quality products
- Manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting and timelines
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication and project management skills
