Job Overview

Hays Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our assembly operations, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement assembly line layouts to optimize production efficiency
  • Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement
  • Apply lean manufacturing techniques to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in assembly operations
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
