Manufacturing Process Improvement Manager

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Reactive Recruitment, you will play a key role in designing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes and implement quality assurance measures to maintain high-quality products.
Responsibilities:- Design and improve manufacturing processes to meet business objectives
- Support production teams to resolve operational issues and improve productivity
- Conduct quality assurance checks to identify areas for improvement
- Manage projects to deliver results on time and within budget
- Develop and deliver training programs to upskill colleagues
- Degree in engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management and quality assurance
