Job Description:

RLC UK - Global Point is a world-class aerospace manufacturer, operating in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. We are currently seeking a Process Excellence Lead to join our team and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and process excellence, with experience in leading initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions to meet customer requirements.

The role offers a competitive salary of £38,000-£44,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave and 8 statutory holidays, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the success of a global leader in the aerospace industry.

About the Role:
- Lead quality deliverables, including First Article Inspection and PFMEA.
- Develop and implement new inspection methodologies and data-driven process control tools.
- Support the introduction of new parts and processes into the business.
- Enhance performance by leading and assisting with the development of manufacturing solutions that deliver products right first time.
- Contribute to risk management within manufacturing, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.

Requirements:
- HNC Level 3 or above in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- 5 years' experience in manufacturing/engineering or a similarly regulated environment.
- Experience of working to quality standards and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills, supported by Microsoft Office expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, reacting to changes and disruptions in manufacturing to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
