Senior Artwork Coordinator/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Artwork Coordinator/Project Manager to join our Kenvue team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension. The role can be worked remotely.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of print in an FMCG environment and excellent project management skills. Key responsibilities include:

Project Management
  • Coordinating new and updated graphics & packaging projects for the client's brand portfolio.
  • Managing the pack change process for all projects, including packaging artwork, artwork amends, repro, proofs, and services provided by SGK.
  • Maintaining project and job status trackers and escalating risks to critical path timelines.
  • Advising on print and technical feasibility for assigned projects, with support from the SGK Print Technical Team and Operational Teams.
Relationship Management
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships across the client and print supply chain, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Representing SGK professionally at all levels of management within the client, including project briefings and non-conformance investigations.
  • Identifying areas for continuous improvement within the client and SGK processes, recommending robust actions in close association with the Account Management and Operations Teams.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of FMCG print processes and packaging materials, as well as experience working with FMCG brands. Excellent project management skills and the ability to navigate relationships at all levels within the client environment are essential.
