Senior Artwork Coordinator/Project Manager

SGK is a global leader in packaging and brand experience solutions. We help brands succeed by delivering innovative packaging solutions and brand experiences that drive growth and customer engagement.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Artwork Coordinator/Project Manager to join our Kenvue team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension. The role can be performed remotely.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
  • Coordinate new and updated graphics and packaging projects for client brand portfolios.
  • Manage the pack change process for all projects, including packaging artwork, artwork amends, repro, proofs, and services provided by SGK.
  • Track and maintain project and job status.
  • Evaluate and escalate risks to critical path timelines.
  • Advise on print and technical feasibility for assigned projects, collaborating with the SGK Print Technical Team and Operational Teams.
  • Support brand consistency and print feasibility on behalf of the client, working with the SGK Print Technical Team and Operational Teams.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across the client and print supply chain, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and maintain on-site relationships with marketing teams and supporting departments, supported by designated Account Directors.
  • Represent SGK professionally at all levels of management within the client, including project briefings and non-conformance investigations.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement within client and SGK processes, recommending actions in close association with Account Management and Operations Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG print processes and packaging materials to understand designer limitations and restrictions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and working with FMCG brands.
  • Excellent project management skills to navigate relationships at all levels within the client environment.
