About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Support Officer to join our team within the One Recovery Bucks Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services in High Wycombe.

Main Responsibilities
  • Gather activity data from all projects in the area and produce local monitoring reports as required.
  • Report to the service manager and Inclusion Senior managers on any further information needs for the local data management systems in line with commissioner requirements.
  • Develop and deliver a training program for new and existing staff members to ensure the team is fully trained and compliant with the internal data collection systems.
  • Develop compliance and performance data reports to assist managers to improve efficiency and outcomes and monitor the integrity of data to ensure comprehensive reporting of NDTMS datasets occurs on a monthly basis.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with service providers, commissioners, and other interested parties.

Person Specification
  • Accredited training in Administration up to level 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Experience of working in a health or related field.
