Business Data Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Support Officer to join our team within the One Recovery Bucks Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services in High Wycombe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering activity data from all projects in the area and producing local monitoring reports as required.

Reporting to the service manager and Inclusion Senior managers, the Business Data Support Officer will ensure that the local data management systems are compliant with commissioner requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing staff members to ensure they are fully trained and compliant with internal data collection systems.
  2. Develop compliance and performance data reports to assist managers in improving efficiency and outcomes.
  3. Establish and maintain good working relationships with service providers, commissioners, and other interested parties.
  4. Develop own knowledge and practice, attend supervision and team meetings to fulfill role as an effective member of the team.
Requirements
  • Accredited training in Administration up to level 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Experience of working in a health or related field.
