Senior Artwork Coordinator/Project Manager

SGK is a global packaging and brand experience company. We deliver innovative packaging solutions and brand experiences that empower brands to grow stronger, scale faster, and speak louder.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Artwork Coordinator/Project Manager to join our Kenvue team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension. The role can be performed remotely.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
  • Coordinate new and updated graphics & packaging projects for the client's brand portfolio.
  • Manage the pack change process for all projects, including packaging artwork, artwork amends, repro, proofs, and services provided by SGK.
  • Track and maintain project and job status.
  • Evaluate and escalate risks to critical path timelines.
  • Advise on print and technical feasibility for assigned projects, supported by the SGK Print Technical Team and Operational Teams.
  • Support brand consistency and print feasibility on behalf of the Client, in collaboration with the SGK Print Technical Team and Operational Teams.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across the client and print supply chain, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and maintain an on-site relationship with the marketing team and supporting departments, supported by the designated Account Director.
  • Represent SGK professionally at all levels of management within the client, including project briefings and non-conformance investigations.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement within the client and SGK processes, recommending robust actions in close association with the Account Management and Operations Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG print processes and packaging materials to understand limitations and restrictions faced by designers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and working with FMCG brands.
  • Excellent project management skills to navigate relationships at all levels within the client environment.
