We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our new children's home in Keighley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the home, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring the service is compliant and meets the needs of our children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the staff team to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people
  • Recruit, develop, and supervise staff to ensure the home is well-staffed and equipped to meet the needs of our service users
  • Work with our Risk and Compliance team to ensure the home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Monitor and manage any safeguarding concerns and ensure the home is a safe and supportive environment for all

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
  • NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
  • Experience of managing a children's home or similar setting

What We Offer:
