Care Services Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to support the Home Manager in delivering exceptional care to residents. Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with the care team to provide outstanding care and dignity

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package. The role is based in the Steeton area and is a permanent position.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in leading the care team, ensuring seamless delivery of care services, and collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals. Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A valid nursing qualification (RGN/RMN)
• Proven experience in a senior care management position

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
