Dedicated Teaching Assistant for SEMH and ASD Support

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in East Leeds, supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and behavioural difficulties.

As a key member of our support staff, you will provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where pupils feel valued and confident to learn. Utilizing your Team Teach skills, you'll help manage and de-escalate challenging situations, ensuring that pupils feel secure and engaged throughout the school day.

In collaboration with teachers and other support staff, you'll assist with classroom activities, offer targeted support to pupils, and aid them in overcoming learning barriers. Your ability to form meaningful relationships with pupils is crucial in motivating them to achieve their best and build confidence to succeed.

Competitive Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay
