Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Supporting Children with Complex Needs

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex needs, including Autism and PMLD. You will work closely with our experienced teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support children with their development, following their IEPs
* Work alongside teachers to plan and create engaging activities that cater to different learning styles
* Maintain a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to our school's behaviour strategies
* Provide physical support to children who require it
* Foster a love for learning in our students

Requirements:
