About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our Outpatient Administration team at the Leeds Dental Institute. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and training administration staff, ensuring the effective management of patient bookings, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train administration staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
- Manage patient bookings and ensure timely and accurate processing of patient information.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to telephone enquiries in a polite and helpful manner.
- Monitor attendance and performance of administration staff, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve Trust targets.
