We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our staff community as a Student Inclusion Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying restorative approaches to help address and manage non-compliance with college rules and expectations.
This will include providing supervisory and response functions of access across the college campus, ensuring we provide and maintain a safe environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the student community when they are not accessing timetabled classes to ensure they are using their time effectively to support their studies.
- Responding to the individual needs of students regarding their support and wellbeing.
- Deploying restorative approaches to help address and manage non-compliance with college rules and expectations.
- Providing supervisory and response functions of access across the college campus.
