Job Title: Dementia Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Dementia Support Coordinator to join our team at St Vincent Care Homes Ltd. In this role, you will provide specialist support and guidance to our care team, helping us to deliver exceptional care to our residents with dementia.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 2 in Health and Social Care, working towards Level 3, and a strong understanding of dementia care principles. You will also have relevant experience in Dementia care, particularly in a residential care home setting, and be experienced in medication administration.

About the Role:

  • Provide specialist support and guidance to the care team
