About the Role

This Facilities Delivery Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity to join our team at BJF Group and contribute to the delivery of our facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with BJF Group and client policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Communicate with service suppliers to ensure required standards are met.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to assist in the negotiation of contracts and management of supplier performance.
Requirements
  • Candidates must have good communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance operations and ability to learn quickly.
