Customer Success Strategist

We are Dext Software Ltd, a market-leading FinTech company that provides cutting-edge solutions for accounting and bookkeeping automation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in the UK as a Customer Success Strategist.

  • You will work closely with the Account Management team to develop and implement customer success strategies;
  • Deliver consultative calls with customers to understand their needs and goals;
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance customer knowledge and skills;
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Strong technical skills with accounting and bookkeeping software;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong understanding of business operations and customer success principles.
