We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef to join our team, someone who shares our values and is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team, managing the culinary process from menu development to plate presentation.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in Asian cuisine, proven track record of success, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the culinary process, ensuring dishes meet The Ivy Asia standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a high-end restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, including ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation styles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the kitchen team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
