About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at RHS Garden Wisley. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Direct food preparation and collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure high-quality dishes are produced.
  • Oversee and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Assist with scheduling staff shifts, training new employees, and monitoring kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure that food safety standards are maintained and that the kitchen is kept clean and organized.
