About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation Manager to join our team at Executive Integrity. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, cost-effective, and pollution-free operation of our client's vessels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the management of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems, including maintenance, repair, and replacement strategies.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage projects related to electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems, including CAPEX modifications and upgrades.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the vessel manager, ship team, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on electrical, instrumentation, and automation issues.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the vessel manager, ship team, and other stakeholders on electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
  • Incident Management: Participate in HSEQ meetings and incident close-outs, ensuring that electrical, instrumentation, and automation-related incidents are properly managed and documented.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and advise on changes to regulatory and legislative compliance items related to electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Qualified education and training as an electrical engineer, with extensive knowledge of applicable electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the marine industry, with familiarity with technical operations and current industry regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrated teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to respond positively and effectively to customer needs.
