Care Support Worker

Archard Talent Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join their team in Wallington, Surrey. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community.
About the Role:
- Provide person-centered care and support to young adults with complex needs
- Enable individuals to reclaim their lives, promote independence, and achieve their goals
- Support clients with a wide range of activities, including daily living tasks, education, and leisure activities
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a wrap-around service that enables individuals to get to know their support worker and make a real difference in their lives
Requirements:
- A fun and happy outlook on life
- Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred
- Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
