Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Support Worker to join our team based in the local community. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to reclaim their lives, promote their independence, and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with a wide range of activities on a daily basis, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide wrap-around care services, enabling clients to secure their first jobs, move into their own homes, and make friends.
- Provide care with compassion and empathy, respecting the dignity and autonomy of each client.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
