Support Young Adults with Neurological Disorders and Learning Disabilities

Archard Talent Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join their team in Wallington, Surrey. Our client is an award-winning care company that provides support to young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to reclaim their lives, promote their independence, and develop and achieve their goals. You will work closely with the team to provide a wrap-around service that enables you to get to know your client and make a real difference to their lives.

We are looking for an individual with a fun and happy outlook on life, previous experience in care or a related field, and the ability to provide care with compassion and empathy. You will also need to have the right to work in the UK and a valid driver's license.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, each with their own unique personalities and skillsets. You will support them with a wide range of activities on a daily basis, including securing their first jobs, moving into their own homes, and making friends.

We offer a competitive pay rate of £12.75 per hour and a range of benefits, including casual dress, private medical plan, health and wellbeing programme, Blue Light card discount, pension scheme, and bespoke training opportunities.
