About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Archard Talent Limited. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients with daily activities and promoting their independence
- Enabling clients to reclaim their lives and achieve their goals
- Providing care with compassion and empathy
- Working collaboratively with the team to provide a wrap-around service
Requirements:
- A fun and happy outlook on life
- Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy
