Therapy Support Worker

About the Role:
Cpl UK Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with qualified therapists to provide specialist therapy services to children aged 0-18 years.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses, including sensory processing difficulties, autism, and speech and language disorders. You will be responsible for supporting the therapists in delivering therapy sessions, preparing materials, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support qualified therapists in delivering therapy sessions
- Prepare materials and equipment for therapy sessions
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and therapists
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
