Search Consultancy are recruiting for a Support Workers to join a fun & friendly team a service in Wallington

This Residential Service supports up to 6 adults with autism, learning disabilities and physical needs to live independently where each person has their own room in a shared house.

As a Support Worker, you will be included in creating activities and ensuring the people we support receive a great level of care within their home. You will be supporting them to achieve their goals and aspirations - no matter how big or small they are - and to promote independence by learning new skills.

Ideal candidates for this role will be required to have excellent listening and communication skills with empathy and a positive support approach. Experience is not essential as full training and support will be given, plus the opportunities to gain in fully funded NVQ's in Health & Social Care will be provided.
