About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Archard Talent Limited. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in their daily lives
  • Enabling them to reclaim their lives, promote their independence, and develop and achieve their goals
  • Providing care with compassion and empathy, and having a fun and happy outlook on life

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy
  • Have the right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
