Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our clients in Coventry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Diary Management: Maintain and manage a diary to schedule meetings within appropriate timescales.
- Travel Arrangements: Prepare itineraries for travel overseas, liaising with travel agents or hotels as required.
- Meeting and Event Support: Make arrangements for all meetings and supporting office events.
- Office Systems and Data Management: Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- Facilities Management: Liaise with Facilities Management to address Health and Safety issues.
- Business Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the business to provide a professional and knowledgeable service.
- Customer Service: Handle customer queries to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Raise and manage PO's and complete monthly expenses on Concur.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary: £40,000
