Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to join our team at Zoom Recruitment Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Diary Management: Maintain and manage a diary to ensure all meetings are scheduled within appropriate timescales.
- Travel Arrangements: Prepare itineraries for travel overseas and liaise with travel agents or hotels as required.
- Meeting Arrangements: Make arrangements for all meetings and support with arranging office events.
- Office Systems: Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business, providing a professional and knowledgeable service to internal and external customers.
- Financial Management: Raise and manage PO's and the process linked to completion for facilities, and complete monthly expenses on Concur.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Extensive knowledge of organisational aims and objectives
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
