Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of office procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Maintain and manage a diary to ensure all meetings are scheduled within appropriate timescales.
  • Travel Arrangements: Prepare itineraries for travel overseas and liaise with travel agents or hotels as required.
  • Meeting Arrangements: Make arrangements for all meetings and support with arranging office events.
  • Office Systems: Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Customer Service: Handle queries from internal and external customers to solve their problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Raise and manage PO's and the process linked to completion for facilities, and complete monthly expenses on Concur.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
