Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Zoom Recruitment Services Ltd. The successful candidate will provide exceptional secretarial and administrative support to our clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage diaries, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Prepare itineraries for travel, including booking flights and accommodations as required.
- Liaise with travel agents and hotels to arrange meetings and events.
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for clients.
- Support with organizing office events and conferences.
- Develop and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- Liaise with Facilities Management to address Health and Safety issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely completion of facilities-related tasks.
- Process monthly expenses on Concur, including calculating mileage for travel.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Salary: £40,000
