**Job Summary**
Zoom Recruitment Services Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support Assistant to join our team based in Coventry.
This support role will involve providing secretarial and administrative services to our clients, including maintaining and managing diaries, preparing itineraries, and making travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage diaries to ensure all meetings are scheduled within appropriate timescales.
- Prepare itineraries for travel and make arrangements as required.
- Liaise with travel agents or hotels to address any issues.
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- Liaise with Facilities Management to address Health and Safety issues.
- Provide a professional and knowledgeable service to internal and external customers.
- Raise and manage POs and complete monthly expenses on Concur.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, extensive knowledge of the organisational aims and objectives, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Salary
The salary for this role is £40,000 per annum.
