Administrative Coordinator for Cement Commercial Team

Job Title: Commercial Sales Coordinator
Location: Binley
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Sales Coordinator, you will provide professional administrative support to the Cement Commercial & Technical team. You will work closely with commercial administration and commercial support manager to manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM, issue and track customer quotations, administer and price cement bulk bag and cash sale enquiries, manage customer contact data, and support onboarding and adoption.
Experience/Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with relevant exposure in a related sector or business, providing general business and administration support. You should have experience in process design and efficiency, strong IT skills including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power Bi, and possess strong inter-personal skills to build long lasting relationships.
