Voyage Care is a sector-leading organisation that supports individuals with complex needs, including autism, acquired brain injury, and mental health conditions.

We are currently searching for a Care Management Lead to join our residential service in Hull, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.

This role involves managing a team of colleagues, developing person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, and completing supervisions and appraisals. You will also take part in the on-call rota and contribute to the day-to-day management of the service.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a care management role, a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals with challenging behaviours. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

In return, Voyage Care offers a competitive salary of £26,793 per annum, as well as benefits such as enhanced evening and weekend pay, premium overtime rates, and access to cash plans.
