Deputy Service Manager

Voyage Care seeks an experienced Deputy Service Manager to join our management team in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our residential service and make a real difference in people's lives.

We are looking for someone with passion and experience in care management, particularly in supporting individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Health & Social Care and previous experience working with vulnerable adults. They will be responsible for managing a team, developing person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, and recruiting colleagues.

In this role, you will also participate in the on-call rota and attend multi-disciplinary meetings. We offer excellent training opportunities and job security, as well as the chance to grow and develop within the company.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care management role
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
