Deputy Residential Home Manager

Leaders In Care Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager for a residential care home in Hull. This role offers a chance to lead and inspire a team in a supportive environment, focusing on delivering high-quality, person-centred care for residents with dementia.

About Us

Our client is a small private care provider committed to delivering exceptional care for older people. They focus on creating a warm and supportive environment where both residents and staff can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the wellbeing of residents and ensure their personal and social care needs are met.
  • Provide leadership and management to staff, including conducting supervisions and supporting team development.
  • Promote independence and wellbeing among residents.
  • Ensure compliance with care standards and safeguarding regulations.
  • Work 40 hours per week, mainly 9am to 5pm, with every other weekend and 16 hours supernumerary.
