**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team as a Senior Care Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small care team in delivering high-quality care for individuals with complex mental health needs, dementia, and neuro-disabilities.

**The Role:**
As a Senior Care Practitioner, you will work closely with the Nurse in Charge to lead a small care team in supporting every aspect of our residents' day-to-day lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals with their personal care
- Assisting with meal times
- Understanding individual health and wellbeing needs
- Encouraging and supporting individuals to take part in social activities
- Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect

**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you must have relevant experience, a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, plus Maths and English at GCSE Grade C or above (or relevant functional skills qualification). A motivating team leader with a positive attitude, you will be able to build trust and rapport with individuals, deal with challenging situations, and escalate when necessary.
