About the Role

As the Senior New Business Manager at Havas UK, you will be part of the Global New Business & Marketing team, based in London and led by Tracey Barber, Global Chief Transformation & Growth Officer. Your primary role will be to drive and support global growth activities for the Havas Creative Network, including new business pitches, case study creation and management, and collaboration between our Villages across the global network.

Key Responsibilities

* Be one of the 'go-to' new business support people for our global creative network.
* Play a central role in Global prospecting – crafting prospecting lists, pursuit strategies and activating against these.
* Manage the process for RFIs/RFPs/Pitches ensuring the new business machine runs smoothly, quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

* 3+ years of working in the industry (creative agencies, intermediaries). Network agency experience is a bonus, but not required.
* A strong communicator who is keen to work with multiple stakeholders, globally.
* Someone who makes things happen and likes to be accountable.
* Someone who can drive internal engagement and promote new business within the agency.
