We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Law Business Research. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our products and services.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the legal industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of sales professionals.
