About the Role:

CTC Projects is seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Administrator to join our team in Warrenpoint. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering commercial aspects of contracts, including pricing and estimating, and will work closely with our project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and experience in managing financial risk. You will be able to work methodically and with attention to detail, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Additionally, you will have a good timekeeping and attendance record, and be able to work well with a wide range of people as part of a team.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Recognised Quantity Surveying qualification or Mechanical Background
