Care Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Care Coordinator to join our team at Caremark Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate client visits to a high standard and ensure all visits are covered.
- Recruit and vet suitable Care and Support Workers.
- Process new client referrals and prepare necessary documentation.
- Manage client and Care and Support Worker files and ensure they are up to date.
- Administer Individual Care and Support Agreements and maintain computer systems.
- Work closely with the Deputy Manager and participate in the on-call rota.
- Ensure compliance with office systems and procedures.
- Assist with wages and invoice processing and produce reports as required.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and well-organized with excellent communication skills.
- Caring, sensitive, and supportive to the needs of others.
- Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Flexible working approach.
