Facilities Systems Coordinator

Catch 22 is seeking a skilled Facilities Systems Administrator to oversee the compliance and management of their CAFM system. The successful candidate will have experience working within a facilities helpdesk role and possess strong knowledge of computer software from within a property and estates department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the estates CAFM system to ensure correct access levels for staff and contractors.
- Oversee asset management records and PPM schedules for installations, services, systems, and work activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Establish and report on the estate's asset workplan and audits on topics such as water quality, electrical, permit to work, and working at height.
- Develop and manage documentation systems, including policies, procedures, training, registers, logbooks, and maintenance records.
- Utilize data from the CAFM system to follow up on delayed tasks and ensure efficient maintenance operations.
