Job Description

Catch 22 is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our CAFM system, providing expert support to our stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records of our assets and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CAFM System Management: Develop and manage our CAFM system to ensure correct levels of access are granted for staff and contractors.
  • Asset Management: Oversee and monitor the asset management records and PPM schedule for all installations, services, systems, and work activities, ensuring good practice and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Reporting and Auditing: Establish and report on the estate's asset workplan and audits on topics such as water quality, electrical, permit to work, and working at height.
  • Documentation Management: Develop and manage documentation systems, including policies, procedures, training, registers, logbooks, and maintenance records.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Use data from the CAFM system to follow up delayed tasks and activities with the engineering team and communicate directly with stakeholders.
  • Health, Safety, and Security: Develop and maintain systems and processes to promote a healthy, safe, and secure working environment, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and reporting any concerns.
Requirements:
  • IT Skills: Excellent IT skills and knowledge of working with CAFM systems is essential.
  • Facilities Experience: Previous experience working on facilities helpdesk or coordinator role.
  • Asset Management Knowledge: Strong knowledge of working within a property or asset management environment and understanding PPM management.
  • Commercial Experience: Hold previous experience working within a large commercial building, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Education: Educated to degree level.

  • Salary: Around £39,500 per annum.
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri hours.
  • Contract Type: Permanent contract.
