We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Care Supervisor to join our team at The Dairy development in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

You will be responsible for managing the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.

As a Care Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents, providing emergency support to them when they need it most.

We offer a competitive day rate of £47 per hour, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Our Care Supervisors work a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends, with a 37-hour week.
