We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients in the local area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist with clinical interventions such as PEG feeds, seizure management
* Medication administration
* Provide personal care and support to clients
* Work collaboratively with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in care work, preferably with children and young people
* Full right to work within the UK
* Full UK driving license with access to a car
* Ability to commit to at least two shifts per week
