About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our Terminal Platform team, responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of all our Retailer instore products. As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and influencing our instore offerings, working collaboratively with the Application Support and Engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze application data and analytics to understand the performance of our products
  • Work with Retailer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand problems, issues, and trends
  • Chair service reviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Present MI reports and KPIs on product performance
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a Technical Analyst or Product Analyst role
  • Experience querying data through a ticketing system, such as Jira or ServiceNow
  • Experience analyzing and querying application data, through SQL, application logs, or Azure Log Analytics
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • A collaborator, critical thinker, and problem solver
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with transaction processing systems around point of sale systems
  • Interest in software development and programming languages
  • Experience of Jira and ServiceNow
  • Experience of Splunk
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Android
  • IIS Server Knowledge
