About this role


We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our Terminal Platform team, responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of all our Retailer instore products. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of product management principles.


As a Product Analyst, you will work closely with the Application Support and Engineering functions to analyze application data and analytics, as well as insights from Retailer feedback. You will identify opportunities for product improvement and work with the Product Owner to understand problems, issues, and trends that will be fed into either product knowledgebase articles for Application Support or user stories for our engineering teams.


The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a Technical Analyst or Product Analyst role, with a strong background in data analysis and querying through a ticketing system, such as Jira or ServiceNow. You will also have experience analyzing and querying application data, through SQL, application logs, or Azure Log Analytics.


Responsibilities



  • Work collaboratively with the Application Support and Engineering functions to establish opportunities for product improvement
  • Analyze application data and analytics, as well as insights from Retailer feedback
  • Chair service reviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Present MI reports and KPIs on product performance
  • Work with the Product Owner to understand problems, issues, and trends
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement

Requirements



  • Passion for technology and Product Management
  • 3+ years' experience in a Technical Analyst or Product Analyst role
  • Experience querying data through a ticketing system, such as Jira or ServiceNow
  • Experience analyzing and querying application data, through SQL, application logs, or Azure Log Analytics
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • A collaborator, critical thinker, and problem solver
  • Self-sufficient
  • Understanding of Retailer systems
  • Experience working within an agile team environment
