In this exciting opportunity as a Food Category Developer, you will define and deliver high-quality products for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the food industry and a passion for product trends.

About the Job

Your primary responsibility will be to follow the product development process, ensuring that new non-food products meet customer and business needs.

  • You will work closely with suppliers to guarantee quality and innovation, while ensuring all products adhere to our rules, initiatives, and brand guidelines.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication are essential to ensure timely product launches.
  • Cross-category projects and seasonal events will require collaboration with product direction to deliver successful results.
Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Defining product concepts and formulating innovative ideas.
  • Working with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate initiatives and brand guidelines.
  • Managing critical paths and artwork processes using product development systems.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:

  • An annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.
  • A starting holiday entitlement of 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).
  • 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 year's service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay.
  • Six weeks fully paid paternity leave.
