Product Manager

At Tesco, we're always looking for innovative ways to inspire our customers. As a Graduate Product Manager, you'll be the voice of our customers, solving problems, defining product roadmaps, and building products that can impact millions of people worldwide. You'll work closely with software engineers, designers, and analysts to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Our product management teams work across our London and Welwyn offices, with opportunities for placements in either location.
Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you'll translate customer problems into technology product development. You'll work with stakeholders, write user stories, gather feedback from customers, and analyze data to make evidence-based decisions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with business partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals. We aim to empower you to own and craft your own experience throughout the programme, with support from us to help you learn and grow as a Product Manager.
Requirements
We're looking for graduates with a curious, creative mind, who love solving problems. You'll need a passion for technology, an analytical mind, and the ability to translate product vision into detailed engineering requirements. You'll be working with colleagues across technology to bring your solutions to life. Communication skills are essential to gain support for your ideas and understand the wider business context.
